Welcome to North Sea Anglers. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Full payment is due before the start of the trip.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. If we cancel a trip due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

3. Safety and Conduct

The safety of our passengers is our top priority. All participants must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a manner that compromises safety or the enjoyment of others.

4. Liability

North Sea Anglers is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the trip. Participants engage in fishing activities at their own risk.

5. Equipment

We provide high-quality fishing equipment. Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment through negligence or misuse.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
